Shareholders check the numbers themselves, through one password link
Cifrova builds your board deck from your books and shares it as one link with a password. Shareholders read it as slides and can fetch the statements they need on their own. You still decide what the deck says.

The problem
Before each meeting, someone exports the reports, pastes the figures into slides and redraws the charts. Last year's numbers are looked up separately. Each slide needs a few words on why things moved. When a booking changes after the slides go out, the deck no longer matches the books. Then the questions come by email, and each answer is another export and another PDF.
How it works
You
pick the period. Cifrova shows which months are still open, so you know if the figures are final.
Cifrova
fills the deck from the books: key figures, results, balance sheet, cash and charts, each next to last year, with short comments.
You
edit any text, hide or move sections, add your own and attach files.
The decisions
go in the deck, each with who does it and by when.
You publish and share
the figures freeze, and you send one link with a password and an end date if you want one.
Shareholders
open it without an account, save a PDF, or use their own login to download the statements for any period.
Proof from real use
At a sports travel company, since going live:
- Every board deck went to the shareholders as a password link, with no slides sent as attachments.
- Each deck had 12 to 16 sections built from the books.
- The decks' links were opened 97 times.
- One shareholder downloaded the results, balance sheet and cash flow for five periods by himself, in about half an hour, with nobody preparing them.
What you still decide
You pick the period, write the comments, set the decisions and choose when to publish and who gets the link. The figures are final once you close the months; until then, the deck says they are provisional.
