The problem

One bank payment from a channel can cover several stays, with the channel's fee already taken off. Your books need the guest invoice for each stay, the fee invoice, and any tourist tax kept apart. The papers live in four places. In a busy month that is more than 70 payouts to explain, and one small mistake means starting again.

How it works

Guest invoices + fee invoicespayout reportbank paymentmatch checkedyou accept

  1. Your invoicing tool

every guest invoice comes into Cifrova on its own, with its PDF.

  2. Airbnb

Cifrova fetches the fee invoice for each stay from your host account, every week.

  3. Booking.com

you forward the monthly commission invoice email, or upload the month's file, and Cifrova reads it and links it to the stays.

  4. You

upload the payout report from Airbnb or Booking.com, and Cifrova finds each payout in the bank.

  5. Cifrova

splits each payout into its invoices, keeps tourist tax apart, and checks it adds up to the cent. If something is missing, it tells you what and how much.

  6. You

check it and click Accept. Everything is written in one step.

Proof from real use

At a rentals company, in the first five months after going live:

  • 304 of 317 channel payouts were matched with their invoices, about €570,000 of bank payments.
  • Cifrova prepared more than 9 in 10 of the pieces of each match. In more than 8 in 10 payouts, nobody had to add anything by hand.
  • More than 1,500 guest invoices came in from the invoicing tool with their PDF, none typed.
  • More than 180 Airbnb fee invoices were fetched by Cifrova from the host account.

What you still decide

You upload each payout report and click Accept on each payout. A payout with a missing paper stays open until you sort it out, and Cifrova never forces a sum to balance.
