Your accountant finds the answers in your books, not your inbox

Your accountant gets their own login to your books. They find the invoices and bank payments themselves, and when something is unclear, they ask right on that record.

Used byMonte RentalsNextPlay

  • A login just for the accountantthey open the invoices, bank payments and reports themselves
  • Questions stay with the recordasked on the invoice or payment, answered there, easy to find next quarter
  • You decide who gets in and until whenand you approve or reject any change they propose

The problem

The accountant sends a list of invoices they cannot find. Most of them are already in your system, but they cannot see that from their side. They see a bank payment with a strange description and write to ask what it was. Every question becomes an email thread that is not linked to the payment or invoice it is about. Next quarter, the same question comes back.

How it works

  1. You

invite the accountant with their own login, with an end date if you want one.

  2. The accountant

opens each invoice with its PDF, every bank payment and the invoice it is matched with, the ledgers, VAT and the month close.

  3. A question

on an invoice, a bank payment or an entry, they type it right there; it stays with that record and on one Questions page.

  4. A change they want

they propose an entry, and you approve it or reject it with a note.

  5. A list of missing invoices

if they still send one, each line is checked against the books and you choose the answer.

Proof from real use

At two companies the accountant works inside Cifrova, and the books show:

  • At a rentals company, when the accountant sent a list of invoices they had no document for, about two in three were already in the books with their PDF.
  • In a recent quarter, across three companies, more than 9 in 10 documents had their own PDF stored in Cifrova, so it opens next to the record.

What you still decide

You choose who gets a login, for which company and until when, and whether a proposed entry is posted. New questions wait on the Questions page until someone on your team opens it and replies.
