Every card payment invoiced on the spot and matched to the bank
Each instalment gets its own card link. When the card is paid, the invoice is issued at once. When Stripe pays out to your bank, the bank payment is matched with its invoices.

The problem
Taking a card payment is the easy part. Then someone has to spot it in Stripe, work out which instalment it paid and find the euro amount Stripe really used. Someone issues the invoice and emails the customer. Days later the money lands in the bank in one lump, minus fees, and someone matches it all again.
How it works
Card link→card paid→invoice issued→Stripe pays out→bank payment matched
Cifrova
makes one card payment link for each instalment, for the exact amount in the customer's currency.
Cifrova
emails reminders with the link: 14 and 7 days before, on the day, then 14, 28 and 42 days late. They stop as soon as the card is paid.
The customer
pays by card, and Stripe tells Cifrova the card was paid.
Cifrova
at that moment, issues the invoice-receipt with the euro amount Stripe used, keeps the card fee apart as a cost, and sends one confirmation email.
Stripe
pays the money out to your bank, usually about a week later.
Cifrova
matches the bank payment with its invoices, to the cent, and marks the instalment Paid.
Proof from real use
At a sports travel company, since going live:
- Every card payment through a link got its invoice-receipt, almost all of them paid in Canadian or US dollars.
- In a recent month, more than 3 in 4 invoices went out within 10 minutes of the payment, and no card payment had to be matched to the bank by hand. In the first month, nearly all of them were.
- More than 130 payment reminders went out on schedule, none written by hand.
- More than 9 in 10 instalments that fell due recently have been collected.
What you still decide
You set up each payment plan. A payment that does not fit its instalment waits for you, and so do refunds and disputes. Payments made outside the links get a suggested match that you confirm.
