Ask about your money and get the answer from your own books

Ask a question in Cifrova's chat, or from your AI assistant. The answer comes from your company's own books and past decisions, and it tells you what it read and how far to trust it.

The problem

Every money question goes through one person. How much did we spend on cleaning this year? Which account does this invoice go to? Who still owes us? Someone writes to the bookkeeper and waits. The answer is a search done by hand: open the books, filter, add up, check the dates. A general AI tool does not know your books, adds up numbers it cannot check, and sounds just as sure when half the month is still open.

How it works

Coming soon: business and CFO hacks, shown only when one of your own numbers calls for one.

Your questionCifrova reads your booksshort answerwhat it read and how sure it is

  1. You

ask in the chat in Cifrova, or from your AI assistant, in English, Portuguese or Spanish.

  2. Cifrova

reads the same figures the app's pages show. Totals come from the books, not from guessing.

  3. Cifrova

looks first at how your company booked the same supplier before and at the decisions your team wrote down.

  4. The answer

is short, says what it read and how far to trust it. If something is missing, it says so before any number.

  5. Nothing changes by itself

Cifrova can prepare a change, but it runs only after you see a preview and confirm.

Proof from real use

At a rentals company and a sports travel company, in the first five weeks:

  • 83 questions were answered for 4 people, half of them in about 13 seconds or less.
  • More than three in four answers read the books before answering.
  • More than a third used the company's own past decisions or its notes on each account.
  • Through an AI assistant, the books of three companies were read more than 500 times in two weeks.

What you still decide

The chat answers and points the way; it does not decide. You choose the account, confirm any prepared change, and approve anything that pays, files or reaches a customer.
