The customer says yes, and the payment plan is ready

Your team sends the offer from your own site. The moment the customer accepts, Cifrova creates the payment plan, a card link for every instalment, and emails the deposit link.

  • Ready in about a secondthe plan and its card links, the moment the customer accepts
  • No plan typed twiceplans typed by hand earlier are linked, not made again
  • Your team sends each offerafter the sales call, with one button

The problem

The sale is closed in one system and the money is collected in another. Someone types it across by hand: the customer, the plan, the instalments and a card link for each. A late yes means working the dates out again. A customer who says yes on Friday evening gets the link on Monday.

How it works

Offer from your sitecustomer acceptsplan and links in Cifrovadeposit emailreminders

  1. Your team

sets up each event once: the instalments, the deposit and the due dates, in each currency.

  2. Your team

sends the offer after the sales call. The customer gets an email from your own site with the plan and two buttons: Accept or Decline. No answer brings reminders on day 5, 10 and 15.

  3. The customer

clicks Accept. That is a yes, not a payment.

  4. Cifrova

at that moment, creates the customer, the payment plan and a card payment link for each instalment, and emails the deposit link. Dates already passed fold into the first payment.

  5. Cifrova

sends reminders before and after each due date, and invoices each card payment.

  6. Your site

shows the sales team every plan live: due, paid, invoiced. Cancel a booking there and the unpaid instalments and their links are cancelled too.

Proof from real use

At a sports travel company, since going live:

  • Every accepted offer had its payment plan and card links about a second after the customer said yes, in Canadian or US dollars.
  • The deposit email now leaves in the same minute. Before, it waited until the next morning.
  • Plans the team had typed by hand earlier were linked to their booking instead of being made again. No customer has two plans for the same trip.

What you still decide

Your team decides who gets an offer and sends it, and sets up each event's plan. Refunds and customers who still have not paid after the reminders are a person's call.
