The more client companies, the larger the discount
Your firm's discount grows with the number of client companies it has on Cifrova, and it applies to the platform fee of every one of them.
Bring your own AI key, pay less
If your firm connects its own AI key and pays its AI usage to its provider, the platform costs less again.
No separate fee for your firm
Your firm's workspace and your login to each client company are included.

Does Cifrova replace the accountant?
No. Cifrova works alongside your certified accountant, never instead of them. Your accountant keeps the books to the law, signs and files; Cifrova prepares the work: documents, bank, reconciliation and the close package.
Who contracts and invoices the client?
It depends on the way you choose for each company. In the first, your firm contracts the platform and invoices its clients. In the second, Cifrova contracts and invoices the company directly, and your firm keeps the accounting.
How are the partner discounts counted?
By the number of client companies your firm has on Cifrova. Each step up raises the discount, and once you reach it, it applies to every company's platform fee. We confirm your firm's discount on the call.
Is there an integration cost?
Yes, a one-off integration for each client company, and your partner discount applies to it. It is included when that company's platform is contracted for 2 years. Past records (previous years) and migration from another software are quoted separately.
