The problem
Every month or quarter, the accountant asks for the same things: bank statements, every invoice as a PDF, and what each bank payment was for. The files sit in bank portals, mailboxes and booking sites, with names like download.pdf. Someone renames them, makes a list and explains each payment. The bundle is too big for one email. And when a mistake turns up later, there is no clean way to say what changed.
How it works
You
choose the company and the period: a month, a quarter, a half-year or the year.
Cifrova
builds one ZIP file from the books, with every PDF renamed the same way (number, amount, date, name).
The summary workbook
shows which invoice each bank payment pays, and what is still open and why.
You click Send
the accountant gets an email with a download link that works for 60 days. No heavy attachment.
After a correction
you send an update with only the new and changed documents. Late invoices ride the next package.
What is inside
a summary workbook, one folder per bank account, the invoices by supplier and customer, the tax file (SAF-T), tax and payroll, and the accounts (trial balance, general ledger, VAT). Rentals and project companies get a few extra folders. A document with no PDF is listed as missing, not left out.
Proof from real use
Since going live, three companies send their accountant their periods this way. In a recent quarter the packages carried more than 2,000 documents, and more than 9 in 10 had the original PDF inside. Almost every bank payment of that quarter (99 in 100) is matched with its invoice or explained. At a rentals company, a correction went out as a 15 MB update instead of a new 260 MB package, and invoices that came in late rode along in the next package instead of getting lost.
What you still decide
You choose the period, check it and click Send, and you decide if a change needs an update now or can wait. You answer the accountant's questions and find any document Cifrova lists as missing.
