A business controller, built into your company.Matched every day. Closed every month.

Fitted to your banks, your invoicing and your rules, then run the way a good controller would: matched every day, closed every month, every figure today's.

What you get

Six things that are true about your company from the first month.

Not software to learn. A controller's work, done every day, with you saying yes.

01

TodayThe month ends with a pile of bank lines, a spreadsheet and a guess.

You never reconcile again.

Every morning, every bank line is paired with its invoice, receipt or payout. What is missing sits in one short list, already chased from your own address. The books tie to the bank to the cent, and a check says so every night.

  • Every bank line paired with its paper, daily
  • A short list of what is missing, chased for you
  • Books that tie to the bank, to the cent

02

TodayThe accountant gets a box of PDFs and sends back a week of questions.

A month that closes, and stays closed.

The month walks through its gates: nothing unmatched, no document missing, VAT right, the balance sheet balanced. Only then does it lock. The accountant receives a closed month with every document attached and the file they file from. Nothing changes behind a closed month without a dated, visible adjustment.

  • A closed month with every check green
  • The package the accountant files from, documents attached
  • Nothing changes behind a closed month

TodayPartners and owners wait for the quarterly email, then ask what a figure means.

Owners and partners stop asking.

Each owner, shareholder or family gets a statement built from the books, sent from your address on your day, and a page where they open it whenever they like. Every figure is today's, and every figure can be traced to its entry.

  • Statements the day the month closes, in your name
  • A page for each owner or partner, always current
  • Every figure traceable to its source

TodayReminders written by hand, late payments discovered at month end.

Money arrives on time, without chasing.

A payment plan is set once: deposit, instalments, dates. Reminders and payment links go out in your name, on your schedule, and stop the moment the money lands. What is late is a short list you see before it becomes a problem.

You know the tight day weeks ahead.

TodayThe same decisions made from memory, by whoever is on duty that day.

The repetitive work is done. You say yes.

Nine assistants read, propose and chase; nothing moves until a person says yes, and everything has an undo. Every rule your company follows is written down once and applied every time. Ask the books what a figure is and the answer comes with the entries behind it.

  • Proposals you approve with one tap, with an undo

What it gives back

Hours back, an accountant who stops asking, partners who can see.

Hours every month

The matching, the chasing, the re-typing and the month-end scramble stop being anyone's job.

Clarity for the accountant

A ledger that ties to the bank to the cent, a close package with the documents, and the SAF-T file that opens in the tax authority's validator.

Real-time access

Owners, partners and the accountant see the same figures the moment they exist, on their own page, without asking.

Money collected on time

Payment plans, links and reminders in your name; what is late is visible and chased before it becomes a problem.

A month that closes

A guided close with gates that refuse to lock until the books are right, so what the accountant receives is final.

A controller's view without the controller

Projects with their own margin, channels with their own payouts, one dashboard that says what changed and why.

Do you keep the books of a company like this? Read what reaches you. For accountants

Your financial team

The finance team a small company never had, on one invoice.

The controller's work is done by the product every day. When you want people on it, they join the same books: an assistant on the documents, a senior controller on the decisions, and your accountant in their own chair.

Your accountant keeps their own chair inside: the closed month, the documents attached, a place to propose and to ask. For accountants

Trusted by
Three companies run on it end to end, with their accountants, since 2025. On the demo, if you want, we put you in touch with one of them.
Consulting

Projects and their margin, a monthly close with every check green, the shareholder's view, the accountant's package with the SAF-T file.

Travel agency for sports programmes

Events with deposits and instalments, payment plans and reminders in NextPlay's name, family statements on request, the margin regime for travel handled in the books.

Short-term rental management

Channel payouts matched to every reservation, owner statements the day the month closes, tourist tax and commissions right, a monthly close per property owner.

Fitted to the company, not the other way round

Cifrova Business is not a general SaaS you configure from a menu. Each company is set up as its own installation: its banks and cards, its certified invoicing provider, its chart of accounts, the way it closes a month, the emails it sends and the address they come from, the reports its partners expect. Payment reminders for a travel agency leave from the agency's own address; an owner statement for a rentals company follows that company's statement day and rules.

That is why the setup is done together, once, and why the product keeps being adjusted to the company as it grows, with every rule written down and checked every night.

How it starts

A conversation, a setup done together, then it runs.

1Book a demo on your figures.

Forty minutes with your own banks and last month's papers. No account before, no card. You see what your month would look like.

2Set up together, once.

Your banks, your invoicing, your rules, your close, your emails from your own address. Two to four weeks for the companies running today.

3It runs every day.

Matched every morning, closed every month, adjusted as the company grows. The accountant gets their own chair inside.

Pricing

You pay for what the books carry. As they carry more, each line costs less.

One fee per company for the installation and the checks, then a price per bank movement and per document, metered from the books and invoiced every month. The rate falls as the volume grows: we scale with you.

Indicative rates. The proposal after the demo fixes them for the first 12 months. Each company also sees its own meter and this simulation inside the app.

  • Metered from the books, not estimated
A bank movement counts when it is read from the bank; a document counts when it is filed (an invoice, a receipt, a payout, a credit note). Nothing else is counted: not users, not assistants, not reports.
  • Invoiced every month
On the 1st, the company receives the invoice for the month just closed, with the two meters and the tier each fell into. The invoice is issued through the certified invoicing provider like any other.
  • Simulated inside the app
Each company has a billing page: this month's meters so far, the tier it sits in, the projected invoice, and a simulator for what next year would cost at another volume.
  • No card, no self-service
Cifrova Business starts with a demo and a setup done together. There is no trial account and no checkout page, because an integrated controller is fitted, not downloaded.
  • A first term of twelve months
The fee per company is a good price because it comes with a first term of twelve months: the installation is fitted to the company and kept fitted, and that only pays off over a year. After the first term, month by month.
  • Build your financial team
Add a financial assistant, a named person on the documents, and a senior controller, a person on the decisions: the close with the accountant, the shareholder and owner reports, the cash plan. Both are on the same monthly invoice, and both work inside the same books your accountant has a chair in.
Questions

What companies ask before the demo.

Is this a SaaS I sign up to?

No. Cifrova Business is fitted into each company: its banks, its invoicing, its rules, its emails from its own address. It starts with a demo and a setup done together, not a checkout page.

What does the accountant get?

Their own login and chair: a closed month with every check green, the documents attached, the SAF-T file that opens in the tax authority's validator, a place to propose adjustments and ask about any entry.

Do the assistants post things on their own?

No. They match what a written rule allows, propose the rest, and do nothing until a person says yes. Everything has an undo and an audit trail.

What does it cost?

A fee per company that includes the first lines of the month, with a first term of twelve months, then a price per bank movement and per document that falls as the volume grows, metered from the books and invoiced monthly. The calculator above estimates a month; the proposal after the demo fixes the rates.

Which banks and tools?

Revolut Business, Millennium, Caixa and most Portuguese and Spanish banks; Moloni for invoicing; Stripe; Airbnb and Booking for rentals; an inbox for suppliers' invoices; a connector for Claude.

Can people come with it?

Yes, your financial team on the same invoice: a financial assistant, a named person who receives every document, files what the assistants cannot, chases what is missing and prepares the close; and a senior controller, hours a month, who runs the close with your accountant, writes the shareholder and owner reports and reads the cash plan with you.

Can we stop?

Any time, at the end of a month. The books are exported in full and remain the company's.

Book a demo
